Dear Tenant,
All our flats and studios
have their own unique design, making the very best of these beautiful Victorian
buildings. Spread over 3 floors each room has its own bespoke layout and
character in keeping with the structure and design. No two studios or flats are
the same.
Rooms have high ceilings in
most parts, giving you a feeling of space and air. They have fitted double-glazed
windows with safety catches, laminated glass, and window vents. This system
ensures better security and noise and heat loss reduction.
All flats and studios have
their own ensuite shower rooms which are elegantly fitted with good size shower
enclosures equipped with a safety thermostatic combi shower, Heated towel rail,
quality toilet, sink, and mirror wall cabinet.
Not only does each studio
and flat have its own kitchenette but there are also fully equipped communal
kitchens with fully fitted facilities such as tumble dryers, additional washing
machines, gas ovens, grills, etc. Inside each room, there is a built-in
wardrobe with auto sensor light within, a personal digital safe, a vacuum
cleaner, shelves, and hangers. The room will come complete with a quality
mattress, made-up bedding, and pillows. No need to shop for anything, just
arrive and go straight to bed if you have been on a long trip. Rooms are heated
from a central digital control center 24/7 365 days a week if need be, which
can be controlled from within the room. We have no complaints logged for people
being too cold, heating is as good as any hotel you have visited or better.
All individual units are soundproofed.
Solid fire doors have been installed in every opening. The rooms are fully
lined with fire prevention boards, fitted auto smoke and heat detectors in
every studio, and wood effect floors make it a very safe and healthy place to
live.
