Dear Tenant,

When you are choosing your accommodation, it becomes very important that you consider what is included in the price, and what is not included in your tenancy agreement. For instance, heating, is it available 24/7? is your hot water 24/7 who is paying for it, who is maintaining it? do you have to pay for the Wi-Fi, is it secure. Are there fees to set up your utility accounts, how long are the utility contracts. The list is endless and if you get a tenancy that leaves you responsible for all or some of them, this WILL NOT BE CHEAP.

*** All the prices listed for all our accommodation include not only rent but also fees for all utility bills (electricity, gas and water). Wi-Fi is also provided free with your own router.

If you are renting via an agent make sure that their charges will not be added to the rent as they could run into hundreds of pounds. Always make sure you deal with a UK certified and insured agent who is on the register or the landlord directly usually works out the cheapest and most secure way.

Remember if you book via an international agent you might not be protected under the British law, and if your landlord never receives the money from these agents you are still responsible to pay the rent.
