As a family run business we can offer you top quality,
clean and warm, well managed en-suite studios with kitchenettes and 1-bedroom
flats, located within close proximity to Coventry City Centre, just a short
walk to the train station, offices of Severn Trent, the Inland Revenue and
Warwick and Coventry universities, a short trip on the 12X bus direct service
to Warwick University from the bus stop outside of the train station just 150-meter
walk from the accommodation.
Each building has no more
than 14-26 studios over 3 floors to ensure they stay well managed, quiet, and clean.
The buildings were designed and built for professional workers and final year
students, Ph.D., and masters seeking a warm, quiet, safe environment, with the
knowledge that full-time staff is there if needed along with reception and
parcel collection service.

Unlike other property
owners instead of increasing the number of properties we own we are ever
re-investing a large part of our profits into creating better accommodation,
service, and facilities for our tenants. The outdoor facilities e.g.
football/basketball court, a summer house with easy chairs and hammocks, and a large
BBQ, with an indoor cinema hall, and entertainment center, are unprecedented
added extras for our tenants to enjoy. There are three other new projects on
the way.
Our office is located
within the heart of the accommodation situated in Queens Road, CV1 3EG. So, we
are easily accessible to all tenants, and that way can deal with any issues
quickly, without going through any intermediaries. 97% of problems are dealt
with within 1 hour during office hours and in case of emergencies 2 hours
during out of office hours. No need to come to the office it can be done via
the phone or email.
All our properties are
approved by the Coventry City Council and the Building Control and they are
regularly inspected and tested to ensure the highest standards. Safety is one
of the top concerns and we take the well-being of the tenant very seriously,
and CCTV coverage of the common use areas inside and outside of the buildings
enables us to maintain a happy and quiet environment.
